When we handle hospitality and logistics for an event, the host or the guests share details with us:

• names, phone numbers and email addresses;
• travel and stay details, such as arrival and departure times and room needs;
• anything else the host or the guest chooses to share for the event.

If you call, message or email us, we receive what you send. This website does not ask for your details, sets no tracking cookies and has no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address and the time of a visit, to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

We use these details to coordinate hospitality and logistics for the event you are hosting or attending: RSVP follow-up, travel and transfers, room allocation and help during the event. We also use them to send event-related messages by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Who sees it

The host of the event, and the service partners who need the details to do their part, such as hotels and transport providers. We also use software and messaging providers that store and send this information on our behalf. We never sell personal data.

WhatsApp messages

If you receive event messages from us on WhatsApp and do not want them, reply STOP and we will stop messaging you on WhatsApp.
